JCI Dhaka Founders organised The HR Blueprint: Building People Systems That Scale with a clear focus on helping founders and leaders think practically about HR beyond theory. The session brought together 30+ founders, business leaders, and HR professionals, creating a space for open discussion, structured learning, and hands-on exercises.
