About Home for the Homeless
Home for the Homeless reflects JCI Dhaka Founders’ ongoing commitment to standing beside people who have been abandoned, displaced, or left without family support.
Through Apon Ghor Foundation, vulnerable and unidentified individuals rescued from the streets receive shelter, treatment, care, and an opportunity to rebuild their lives. Many are eventually reunited with their families.

Why It Matters
Homeless and vulnerable individuals often need much more than temporary assistance.
They need shelter, healthcare, dignity, companionship, and the opportunity to reconnect with society and their families. Home for the Homeless supports this long-term humanitarian journey while reminding us that meaningful service requires consistency, not just one-time giving.
